Common questions

• No badges appear on comments. Make sure the extension toggle (in the popup) is on, then refresh the YouTube tab. Badges appear as comments load while you scroll.
• Ages don't show, only "bot vibes" flags. Account-age detection needs a free YouTube Data API key. Open the popup, follow the "get a free key" link, paste the key, and hit "lock it in".
• The banner says a section is organic but I see spam. The extension measures account age, not comment content — an old account posting spam won't be flagged. Tighten or loosen the threshold in the popup.
• How do I delete everything it saved? Popup → gear icon → "wipe receipts". All local data is removed permanently.

• what you expected and what happened instead,
• the video URL where it happened, and
• your Chrome version (chrome://version).
